Hateemy Sales Corporation supplies construction materials and industrial products across India through reliable transporters and logistics partners. Orders are dispatched after payment confirmation or as per agreed credit terms.

• Dispatch timelines depend on product availability, order quantity, and destination

• Estimated delivery time is shared at the time of order confirmation

• Delays caused by transport issues, weather, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control

• All products are packed securely to avoid transit damage

• Ownership and risk of goods pass to the buyer once the material is handed over to the transporter

📦 Inspection at Delivery

Customers must inspect the goods at the time of delivery.
Any transit damage, shortage, or mismatch must be noted on the delivery receipt and informed immediately. Claims raised after acceptance of delivery will not be entertained.

🔄 Return & Replacement Policy ❌ Non-Returnable Products

Due to the nature and handling sensitivity of construction and waterproofing materials, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once sold:

• Bitumen rolls, APP / SBS membranes, tar felt, roofing felts

• Waterproofing chemicals, coatings, emulsions, primers

• Adhesives, sealants, tapes, construction chemicals

• Products that are opened, used, cut, damaged, or improperly stored

These materials are affected by temperature, storage, and handling conditions and therefore cannot be taken back.

✅ Limited Replacement (No Returns)

The following items may be considered only for replacement, subject to inspection and approval:

• Water meters

• Valves and plumbing accessories

Conditions:

• Product must be unused and in original packaging

• Complaint must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

• Issue must be a manufacturing defect only

• Replacement is subject to verification by our team or the manufacturer

• Final decision rests with Hateemy Sales Corporation

❌ No Refund Policy

• No cash or bank refunds under any circumstances

• Approved replacements, if any, will be replaced with the same product or adjusted against future supply

• Minor colour variation, thickness tolerance, or batch variation is normal and not a reason for return

• Special-order or made-to-specification items are non-returnable

• Products must be stored and applied strictly as per manufacturer guidelines
