PVC Water Stopper are high-quality flexible PVC strips designed to provide an effective waterproof sealing solution at concrete construction joints. These water stoppers act as a physical barrier against water seepage in basements, water retaining structures, swimming pools, foundations, and other below-ground constructions.
PVC Water Stoppers are also known as Water Bars or Construction Joint Seals. A typical PVC Water Stopper consists of two identical halves on either side of a central bulb, which increases the water travel path and ensures superior sealing performance.

Ribbed Type:

Dumbbell Type:
Recommended for areas with high temperature variation causing joint expansion or contraction. -
Kicker / Surface Type:
Used where embedded water stoppers are not feasible due to steel reinforcement congestion.

Water stoppers are tied to reinforcement using eyelets and binding wires or metal clamps.

One half is embedded in the first concrete pour, leaving the other half exposed.

The second half is embedded in the subsequent concrete pour while keeping the central bulb free for movement.

Water stoppers can be jointed on-site using an electric heater blade.

Ensure both ends are of the same width and design.

Heat until molten (without burning), remove blade, and press ends together firmly for 20–30 seconds.
